“Our regular plumber has not been well so we called Shirecare Plumbing after seeing a local advertisement, Nick attended our property the same day we called for help. It was comforting to see a plumber arrive on time and who presented well. We had horrible mess down the side of our house after a blockage in the bathroom. Nick explained to us there was a chance we had a damaged pipe as there were tree roots blocking our pipe, he could remove the tree roots and show us on camera the damage to our pipes. Peter (my husband) and I were quite concerned of further damage so we asked nick for advice.
We decided to go ahead and remove the broken pipe and replace with new PVC pipe, after nick and the team at Shirecare restored our path we both felt with full confidence the job was done properly, very professional and always well mannered. We would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for such a seamless interaction and helping make our lives a little easier”

The builder looking at the repairs called in shire care plumbing to look at the damage and also to test the Pipes in the wall in the shower room in case of their leaking internally in the wall.
The plumber Nick attended very promptly and courteously. Nick explained what he will be doing and after the test explained the results. Whilst attending Nick asked what the problem we had experienced and on his own initiative went back into the roof to see if he could see any fault inspect the roof to see if he could spot the possible entry by water inside the roof. Earlier inspection by the Roof person sent by the Repairers reported no leak in the roof area. The plumber Nick found the hole in the roof and took photos to show the repairers. This photo showed clear daylight and would be the cause of water entering this area.
